Terms & Conditions

  1. Property is equipped with CCTVs in lobby and other common areas.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms/ lobby or any covered area within the building. Guests are requested to use Balcony or Terrace areas if they need to smoke.
  3. Any change to your reservation must be informed to duty manager at the reception at-least a day in advance. Hotel management will be forced to charge for date of checkout in case of fore closure of bookings is not informed a day in advance.
  4. Request you to please stick to Check Out timing of 11:00 AM (on the day of checkout), as this provides sufficient time for staff to prepare the room before next guest checks in at 1:00 PM.
  5. Communication with Reception is through Mobile phones (number mentioned in Room Service Menu), in case you face challenges in terms of mobile signals, please use VoWiFi/ WhatApp as alternate means for connectivity.
  6. Please feel free to ask for extra towels or toiletries if required.
  7. Dental kit is available at reception and is provided on request only.
  8. Complimentary breakfast (if part of the package) is available from 8:00 AM upto 10:00 AM only
  9. We encourage guests to deposit keys at reception while going out, lost key charges will be recovered @ Rs. 3,500 per key set from the guest.
  10. Any damage to amenities in room due to carelessness/ mistake of the guest will be recovered from the respective guest.
  11. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
  12.  Guests are requested to be sensitive to the noise/ disturbance they may create to fellow guests unknowingly.
  13. Please maintain decent outfit in common areas OR when your door is open, please be mindful to possible disliking of others.
  14. Windchime allows your visitors to be in the property till midnight (12:00 AM), any individual staying beyond midnight will be considered as paid checkin guest.

Windchimehospitality.com is a property of Windchime Hospitality, a Partnership registered under the Partnership Act, 1932, having its registered office at 853, Sector 38, Gurugram Haryana, 122001.

Information we collect Contact information. We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country and IP address.

 

Payment and billing information. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you buy a Product/Service. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Razor Pay/ Paypal/ Paytm/ Anyother.

Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to windchimehospitality.com.

Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, tickets you buy, or any other information provided by your during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Other information. If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you’re using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

We collect information directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you register for an event or buy tickets. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question through phone or email.

Email Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email unsubscriber@windchimehospitality.com . It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.

Updates to this policy

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 07.01.2025. From time to time we may change our privacy practices. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our website. Please check our site periodically for updates.

Refund & Cancellation

Windchime believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal policy for Cancellation and Refund.

Cancellation: Free cancelation (after adjustment of applicable bank charges, if any) up to 1 day in advance. Minimum 1 day charge on cancelling on check-in day. All timings are in IST (GMT + 5:30 hrs).

All refunds after due adjustments will be credited back in payee's account (same mode of payment) within seven working days after acceptance of cancellation.
